Enable churches to reproduce:

• Help all churches with which you cooperate, including new ones, to start daughter churches.
• Encourage them to tap their God-given power to reproduce, through prayerful mobilization of the people with the corresponding spiritual gifts.
• Be sure the coordinator for the new churches is a servant leader. Paul named Titus to this overseeing position (Titus 1:5) because of his servant attitude. Power hungry political types often gain positions in growing movements because of their training, by popular vote by uninformed churches.
• Keep the churches in a loving relationship with each other.
• At this stage, when the new churches are infants, they will be very dependent on the mother churches.

Find in Ephesians 4:11-12 at least two spiritual gifts that God promises your church, that will enable your church to start daughter churches. The word "apostle," when not referring to the original Twelve, meant a "sent one."

Start a file on each leader and small group.

• Note their ministry history, exploits, training, methods, activities and talents, but not their faults or weaknesses.
• As each leader fills in any kind of gift or temperament inventory, file the results.
• Occasionally let each leader see the file, verify it and add to it any pertinent information.
• Help leaders whose records over time reveal weaknesses, by arranging for them to work closely with others who balance the weaknesses.
