12 1c: Disciple--mentor--leaders regularly, behind the scenes

Meet with leaders and potential leaders to help them plan their ministries and study.

Also model shepherding skills for them, with the people.
Use this same Paul-Timothy Training Menu with them.
Ask your mentor for guidance.
Simply pass on the baton, for a chain reaction, such as we see in 2 Timothy 2:2.

If a leader does not have a computer, download and print a copy of this Paul-Timothy Training Menu for him.

*Find in Acts 18:24-28 an example of discipling a leader behind the scenes, and the good results.

Verify progress in recruiting training and group leaders.

Make a list of the current home group shepherds' names. Under each name, put the names of each potential new shepherds that can be trained (apprenticed) on the job in the home group by its leader.
Note which of them uses the Paul-Timothy Training Menu, and which have had training in the use of it.
