01 2a: Mobilize many to witness regularly

Set the example. Model witnessing by doing it--or asking someone who is gifted for it to do it--with your people.

Recognize efforts made publicly (in a way that does not embarrass seekers and converts).

Evangelistic studies based on Bible stories, easy for new believers to lead, with their friends and family: Fifteen Facts of Life and Death

Look back over the last two years at who has come to faith and who were instrumental in bringing them.

What are the current ministries in your churches through the instrumentality of which people have come to faith in Christ?

Conduct an informal survey of newly saved and unsaved folks to learn what they find attractive and offensive about Christians' witness.

What other ministries by other churches or organizations have found responsive folks in the same population?

How do those who win folks to faith do it? What can you adopt from them that do not violate Scripture?
