Give older children the tools to disciple the younger, and show them how. Disciple them in the same exact way that they can imitate as they disciple the younger ones.

Find in the book of Proverbs guidelines for young people for a holy life.

If you work cross-culturally:

• You may find that older children already care for younger children.
• If so, having some training and materials to use will be more interesting for both children.
• Even so, find out whether parents object to this, and get their permission. It will usually be granted once parents know who you are and that this is a benefit to their offspring.
