More experienced pastors/elders meet regularly with less experienced ones to mentor them.

• Listen to their field reports, about the people that they are leading.
• Help them plan what their people will do for the next two weeks (or until the next meeting).
• Require these trainees to meet with even newer leaders or potential shepherds, to mentor them, to ensure the continued expansion, by chain reaction, of the Lord's work.
