08 2b: Bring in special consultants for specific issues

When your church has needs or opportunities for which you and your people are not fully equipped, seek others who are.

Lawyers, doctors, paramedics, health workers and other professionals often volunteer time to meet with concerned groups, to deal with pressing issues.
Contact other churches or small groups. Offer to help them in their areas of need and ask for their help for yours.

*Find in Acts 20:17-38 an example of how an 'expert' who was not at that time a member of the church at Ephesus brought edifying coaching to its leaders by his visit.
