13 3a: Form disciple-making "chains" to train more and more leaders

Arrange for your trainees to train others, in the spirit of 2 Timothy 2:2.

Don't simply 'download' information on them. Listen to their reports on what their trainees' churches need.
Give them what will currently edify the flock--or potential flocks--of their trainees (their Timothies).

*Find in Judges 16:1-31 how Samson, through lack of self-discipline, lost his strength and how God used Him, after a time of pain and restoration, to deliver Israel.

*Find in 1 Samuel 16 the basis for choosing a leader of the people of God.

*Find in 2 Chronicles 17:3-6 an example of TEE (Theological Education by Extension).

Prepare maps of neglected families, neighborhoods, tribes and regions.

Find which of your followers have family members living among the neglected who can serve as bridges to them. Add their names to the maps, by arrows to the new areas.
Plan with your followers how they will use their contacts to extend the small group ministry into the neglected areas.
