01 3c: Review and evaluate your people's evangelistic activities

Observe and decide:

• Who are winning people to Christ? How? What methods is God using? Not using?
• How can you help get your people together with those who need Christ?
• What will you do to model it better?

The evangelist's job is not done until the new believers are added to an obedient church by baptism (Acts 2:41).

Find out:

• Which churches in your area are growing through conversions?
• How do those churches to it?
• Who is offering affordable evangelism training that has proven to be appropriate in the local culture?
• What needs in your community can your small groups deal with, assuming they have the time and material resources?
